I made this from wooden dowel (for the handle), a wooden rounded staircase knob, plastic funnel and a piece of scrap wood on the end of the funnel (for the 'acorn' portion of the club), and aluminum tubing, flat bar, and a found piece (for the metal end and fins).

I cut the grooves in the staircase knob with a dremel.
